You are required to read my TOS before paying me. If you pay before reading my TOS that means you are automatically binded to my TOS.Commissions are NOT chosen by a first come first serve basisI will NOT accept commissions related to NFTs or commissions that will be used for NFTs. I will NOT accept commissions for use with anything AI related.1. I have the right to cease work on and reject your commission if it does not abide by my terms and conditions, or if my terms are violated at any point of the commission period.2. Commissions from €100 and above require a 50% deposit, non-refundable, to be paid to secure your slot and before the work is started. You may also choose to pay in full if you wish.3. Commissions below €100 must be paid in full.4. Commissions from me are for NON-COMMERCIAL use, if you wish for anything of commercial use please contact me and we can discuss further.5. Commission payment must be done upfront, unless specified otherwise by the artist.6. Payment can be made via bank transfer for Malaysians or Paypal for International clients.
*I am currently working on setting up Wise as an alternative payment method.7. The remaining payment must be paid within the next month. For orders with an astonishing amount, payment plans are accepted.8. Customers are allowed a basic maximum of 3 free revisions to their piece. Additional revisions are allowed at €10 each. Intensive revisions are €20 each after the initial 3 free revisions are used up.9. PLEASE DO NOT MICRO-MANAGE. IF you have any changes do so during the feedback stages.10. Also, do note that I will not be able to do major changes once I've reached the polished stage or in terms of cell shaded works, lineart stage except maybe changing colours. For paintings, this may be negotiated if the change is not too intensive.11. In the case of custom design commissions, I DO NOT accept anything correlating with custom design commissions; this entails re-designing a custom design, creating one from scratch even if artistic liberty. The only way for you to get a custom design from me is through adoptables. This is NOT negotiable.12. In the case of adoptables, please refer to the adoptables page for more information.13. Traditional commissions are the exception to the rule as it’s not possible to change paint colours without redrawing the piece. Therefore, everything must be confirmed at the sketch stage as I will not accept changes for traditional commissions after the sketch stage.14. I have the right to use the commissioned artworks to display on my page or in my gallery as my portfolio.15. Buyers will receive the high resolution and un-watermarked version of their commission while I display the low res watermarked version on my page.
